Hosted in France

Servers hosted by a certified French provider, in data centers located in mainland France. No transfers outside the EU.

Modern encryption

TLS 1.3 on all traffic. Database encryption at rest. Passwords hashed with modern algorithms (argon2id / bcrypt).

GDPR compliant

Explicit consent, right of access, erasure and portability built into the product. Processing records kept up to date.

Backups and continuity

Databases are backed up daily with 30-day retention and regular restore drills. The service is designed for over 99.9% availability.

Authentication and access

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all accounts. Administrator access is logged and reviewed regularly.

Subprocessors

All our technical subprocessors (hosting, transactional email, SMS, payments) are located in the European Union and bound by GDPR-compliant agreements.
