How do I create an account?
Click Sign up, choose between nursery manager or professional, enter your phone number and confirm the SMS code. Takes less than a minute.
How much does Claia cost?
The Essential plan for a nursery is free with no time limit. Professionals also get a fully free plan. See Pricing for details.
What is the "pool"?
It's the list of professionals the nursery has invited and already works with or wants to prioritize. When an urgent replacement is posted, the pool is notified first.
How does urgent replacement work?
The director posts the need. The pool receives an SMS and email immediately. If nobody accepts within a configurable delay, the offer is broadcast to available professionals near the nursery.
Do professionals pay anything?
No, ever. No subscription, no application fees, no commission on placements.
Can I use Claia on mobile?
Yes. The site is fully responsive. A dedicated mobile app is planned for 2026.
How do I delete my account?
From your profile, under Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, in line with the GDPR.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. Claia uses no advertising cookies and shares no data with third-party platforms. See our privacy policy.
Is Claia GDPR compliant?
Yes. Hosting in France, modern encryption, up-to-date processing records, GDPR rights built into the product.
I manage a network of nurseries: can I use Claia?
